Spacious four bedroom home near College Hill and Highland Park in Grand Rapids. This home offers a enclosed sunroom and deck along with a den and lots of storage space! Upon entry there is a large living area that leads to the fully equipped kitchen and first full bathroom. On the main floor through the den space is the stairs to the the upper level with all bedrooms and additional storage space. The master suite to the right at the top of the stairs has a full ensuite bathroom and lots of natural light. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Renters insurance required. Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable after processing) Security Deposit: Equal to 1-1.5x the monthly rent and determined based on application strength.
