**Great Floorplan** **Amazing Kitchen** **In-unit laundry** **Lots of Storage****Great Workout Facility** **Running Paths** Near Shopping, Restuarants, Bars** My husband and I have absolutely adored living in this 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment for the past two years! The apartment is large with a *great* kitchen (beautiful cupboards, granite counter tops, large island, newer white appliances). The set-up of the kitchen island, dining area and living-room make this a great apartment for entertaining and makes the living spaces feel very open. 9ft ceilings throughout! Beautiful, huge windows with deep sills. The master suite is huge with two large closets and a master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is on the other side of the apartment with it's own bathroom (nice for roomates). We used the 2nd bedroom as an office and that was also really nice. *Most importantly* each bathroom has a HUGE linen closet, and the dining room has a huge coat closet (lots of storage). In-unit washer & dryer (full size). Nice patio overlooking Louisiana Avenue! The apartment complex lets you paint any wall, any color as long as you cover it with primer before you move out. There's a (really nice) fitness facility, tanning bed, indoor hot tub and sun deck. There's also an amazing party room that you can rent for only $50.00! There's also underground heated parking. We love the location of this complex---it's great for young professionals or people with a commute. You can easily access hwy 100 or 169 and get anywhere in the city quickly. The Park Tavern is also across the street which is convenient! Target, Cub, and Knollwood Mall all less than 1 mile away! (walking distance). Great park across the street with extensive running paths and plenty of room for outdoor workouts. Easy access to the Greenway (biking/running path that goes all the way downtown).
