Lovely, whimsical home very close to elementary school, and wonderful daycare. Close to shopping, restaurants, buses, and gas. Good, quiet neighborhood. The photos below are from when a tenant lived there, or from when I lived there for 30 years. 1 photo showing a tile floor is the tile I supplied and gave a discount to be put down. I don't think that was done, or if the tile is still there. The carpet is gone. I don't know what the condition is right now because I haven't gotten the tenants out yet, for non-payment of rent. Appliances will not be replaced because the last tenant took out the dishwasher without permission, so now it is gone. The 1st tenant attempted to take the brand-new refrigerator. I will no longer replace appliances after they are gone/ not taken care of. Home can use work. Willing to provide a discount on rent in exchange for work, after work is complete. Tenant will be completely responsible for the upkeep of the property. NEED GOOD, QUIET PEOPLE. BACKGROUND CHECK CREDIT CHECK FEE APPLICATION FEE I will really vet my next tenants.

The property needs a handy person. I will discount rent for work/jobs completed. It is very close to schools and a wonderful daycare. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, buses, and gas. It is tree filled, and a great street with a park right up on the same road. The driveway is large. The house is well insulated. I only want people who will pass all checks. I am no longer helping because everyone I've helped has had to be evicted. Amazing 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom house in Port Orange. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, laundry hookup, stove/oven, refrigerator, driveway, fireplace, microwave, and tile. No Utilities included. Is NOT pet-friendly. This home is in Port Orange. If you want to rent it, fill out an application. I'm tired of TROLLS. This is a 3-bedroom 1-bath with a large entry and living room with a fireplace. Currently needs interior painting and some other handyman things done. Rent is $1800.00 per month plus utilities. In exchange for handy man works such as painting and fan installation, and other jobs, some rent compensation can be worked out. 1st, last, and security. An ironclad month-to-month rental agreement will be in place. I've had enough, so if you're not honest, don't come around. This home is right next to Sugar Mill Elementary and right down the street from Sugar Mill Park. All shopping and restaurants are very nearby, as is the river and beach. NO OTHER PEOPLE, except those on the rental agreement, are allowed to live or stay at or in the home or on the property. Yard care is your responsibility, and so are any fines you receive for not doing so. 2 cars/vehicles, no more. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UPKEEP OF THE PROPERTY. IF A MOUSE COMES, YOU NEED TO GET A TRAP. IF YOU LOOK AT THE PROPERTY, DO A WALK THROUGH, AND ACCEPT THE PROPERTY AND HOUSE, THEN YOU ARE ACCEPTING. YOU CAN'T THEN SAY UNLIVEABLE. NO UNLICENSED VEHICLES. There may be furniture available for use at the property. The photos are from when I lived there, so those items are no longer there.
