Subletting our spacious, super cute apartment on Ann St. this summer (May through the end of August). It's the whole first floor of a house. Stats: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 giant kitchen, 1 living room with a fireplace and big comfy couch and recliner, french doors, an extra room (dining room, study, whatever), a porch, and a second back access/storage. Other stuff: full size fridge, dishwasher, sink w/ disposal, electric stove, coin-op washer/dryer in basement. Extra storage in kitchen closet and by the back entrance. Parking: $50/mo, off-street. Perks: Sweet hardwood floors, lots of light, quiet neighborhood but just a few minutes from State St. and Kerrytown (farmer's market!). Cats are allowed (as you can see in the pictures). Utilities included except internet. This is the perfect apartment. It's big and cute and in a great location, and it's cheap compared to pretty much everything else around here. We're also willing to sublet each room individually.
