This property is also part of an air filter program that helps reduce heating and cooling bills by 5-15% and provides higher air quality in your home for an additional $10/month. Pets: 1 small pet (25lbs or less) will be considered with pet fee, pet profile completed and owner approval. You have to view before you can apply. To schedule a showing, call 843-574-9100 ext. 2.
