Private landlords, no property management company. Convenient keypad lock on front and back door. Recently landscaped backyard. We are planning to install a shed in the backyard for storage. **Please note**: these photos are from when the house was furnished, the house is listed as an unfurnished rental. Mobility note: This property has some older stairs between the main and upper level, and downstairs to the storage/furnace room. If you have any mobility issues, this may not be a good fit for you. Parking: Plenty of street parking available. Utilities included: Water/wastewater. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas (CSU), trash/recycling services, and internet. Tenant also responsible for removing weeds and debris in front and back yard. Pet Policy: Pet friendly for up to 2 pets with $300 refundable deposit.
