Rent includes the following utilities: water, sewer, gas, heat, and trash Pets are permitted with a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $35.00 per month. After you fill out your application, please hit submit, so you do not lose your work. The Leasing Agent will be alerted and will reach out to you : ) The application processing fee is $50.00 and payable only by credit or debit card. Once the application is processed the fee is non-refundable for any reason! LEASING IS RAN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. IF YOU PAY AN APPLICATION FEE YOU ARE NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEED A UNIT. YOU NEED TO BE DILIGENT IN RESPONDING TO COMMUNICATION AS IT RELATES TO YOUR APPLICATION AND BE AVAILABLE TO SEE THE PROPERTY.
