This community is absolutely gorgeous! The cherry on top was Ms.Debby. She toured us of the entire property and highlighted every single amenity . She was very passionate about not only the community but her job overall! If not for Ms.Debby I would absolutely not recommend my sister living here , considering the customer service from Charles and the property manager was less than desirable . Charles was asked to assist us and stated he could not assist because he was about to leave … then sat in his office for an additional 15 minutes as we sat and waited on Ms.Debby .The property manager also did not even attempt to assist us until after we started speaking with Ms.Debby and did not seem very keen to assist us . As someone who works in this industry , I admire those who take pride in what they do and are always willing to help make the moving experience enjoyable . We thank Ms.Debby for all of her hard work and welcoming my sister to the community!

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Deborah (receptionist) as she toured us every part of the Hillson apartments. Nice gym and other amenities! Deborah is such a kind & genuine person & thrived with informing as much information at our complex along with Kelvin (Manager) . Great experience! Thank you !
