Nice covered deck overlooks the pond in the pasture. 4 other house residents are in 40s, organized, quiet, respectful. $850mo, $50 utilities with $500 deposit, first, and last month's rent to reserve room. Length of lease it's negotiable. We are looking for one long term tenant thats kind, clean and respectful.
