The spacious screened porch is great added living space, and the adjacent stone terrace supplies more outdoor room for entertaining. Additional storage is available between the kitchen and screened porch. The stairway off of the dining room has a landing leading to the former sleeping porch that includes built-in cabinets - this space would make a great office or study. All three bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary bedroom with a decorative fireplace. The upstairs bathroom is updated and also includes an antique-style bathtub. The stacked washer and dryer are included and are located upstairs. Hardwood floors are throughout the home, with tile in the bathrooms. Off street parking. Central heat (gas) and central air conditioning. Small pet negotiable, under 25 lb. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawn care/ landscaping. No smoking. No cosigners.
