This charming home has updates including a modern kitchen, central heat and air conditioning, and a huge screened porch. A nice-sized covered front porch opens into the living room which offers built-in shelves and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen, dining room, and one of the home’s bathrooms are also located on the main level. Kitchen appliances include the gas range, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The spacious screened porch is great added living space, and the adjacent stone terrace supplies more outdoor room for entertaining. Additional storage is available between the kitchen and screened porch. The stairway off of the dining room has a landing leading to the former sleeping porch that includes built-in cabinets - this space would make a great office or study. All three bedrooms are upstairs, including the primary bedroom with a decorative fireplace. The upstairs bathroom is updated and also includes an antique-style bathtub. The stacked washer and dryer are included and are located upstairs. Hardwood floors are throughout the home, with tile in the bathrooms. Off street parking. Central heat (gas) and central air conditioning. Small pet negotiable, under 25 lb. Tenant responsible for all utilities and lawn care/ landscaping. No smoking. No cosigners.
