The Premium Fitch Meadow Home - Welcome to Fitch Meadow and one of the nicest houses in this newer South Windsor development. This stunning kitchen is the focal point, but the living room and dining room are all right there making entertaining or being close to family easy. The formal dining room gets drenched in natural light with four oversized (almost) floor to ceiling double-hung windows. The living room has a slider to a great deck to enjoy the picturesque backyard. The living room also has a vented gas fireplace that adds great ambiance but also helps with heating! The deck comes with a custom awning to really make the deck an extension of the indoor living space. The upstairs has a flex layout. The highlight is the great room at the top the second floor that has French doors, ceiling fan, recessed lights, and a custom eyebrow window with a great view of the cul-de-sac. Fitch Meadow is a peaceful and stylish development that is conveniently located off Route 5 and a mile to I-291 to get to Hartford or Springfield.
