There aren’t enough reviews about this complex, but trust me when I say, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! It’s a relatively decent building, with decent people in a decent area. That is the only reason they deserve 1 star. However, the property manager is NOT RESPONSIVE. The building is clearly infested with ROACHES. I asked the realtor (JAKE CORDELLI OF CORDELLI REALTY) when I toured if there was a pest problem, and he said no. Either he lied, or doesn’t know, and I don’t know what’s worse. The very first day, I had several sightings. There is a cluster of smooshed roaches in the hallway that was hidden behind a painting. I reached out to property management (VELO LLC) to find out if they knew about the issue/what they were doing to rectify it. After 2 days, they finally responded stating that they have a pest control company that services the building monthly. This is obviously a problem that requires more than monthly maintenance. I inquired further, to which I still have yet to receive a response. Maintenance man Joe is as helpful as he can be, but this is an issue beyond his control. Less than 2 weeks in, I’m stuck figuring out ways to handle this on my own in between supposed “treatments”. I would feel better about it if property management was helpful. You’re required by law to allow them an opportunity to fix the issue, but I can’t even get in touch with anyone. I will be getting in touch with a lawyer to see if it is possible to terminate the lease. May need to reach out to the local health department if need be. These people (VELO LLC AND CORDELLI REALTY) are clearly money hungry and do not care about their tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
