First month rent, last month rent, and one month security deposit due prior to move-in. Absolutely no smoking or pets. Tenant pays electricity and natural gas for high-efficiency heat & hot water. Credit and background check, employment and rental history required. Minimum gross income $5475/month and 600 credit score or higher. No smoking. Cat considered that is spayed/neutered, litter box trained, well-behaved with $250 initial pet fee and $35/month pet rent. No other pets allowed.
