This furnished 6-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located in-town Ellsworth, walkable to shops and food, and a 30 minute drive to MDI. Every room has character: wood floors, fireplaces, original mouldings and doors. The interior has been freshly painted, and the kitchen was recently remodeled with all new appliances. A new deck overlooks a private back yard with a fire pit. This house has a first floor bedroom with its own bathroom as well as a first floor laundry area. There is covered parking for one car and uncovered parking for 1-2 more cars in the back yard. Rent includes water/sewer and plowing. Tenant pays for internet, electricity and heat. The first floor heat source is hot water baseboard (oil). Upstairs rooms can use space heaters as desired. The ideal tenant will have previous rental references or homeownership experience, and can show proof of income/employment. No pets please. 6-8 month leases considered. After the initial lease period, there is a possibility to go to a longer-term lease for the right tenant. Interested applicants must fill out an application through TenantCloud (free) or Zillow. Once I have the application, I can set up a time for you to see the house in-person.
