This home does have oil steam heat and no AC, but window units are permitted. Use of the fireplace is prohibited. Due to the age of the roof, the owner has scheduled for the roof to be replaced. The roof was not damaged due to Hurricane Helene. Tenants will be responsible for: -Lawn care -Electric with Duke Energy, -Water/sewer/trash combined with the City of Asheville -Heating oil $1825 Monthly Rent $1825 Security Deposit $150 Administrative fee The owner will consider up to 2 pets with $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
