We have a newly renovated ground level suite for rent. It's 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Very spacious and bright. Almost everything is new. We are located in the South Slope area of Burnaby. 10 minute walk to Metrotown mall / Skytrain and even quicker to Royal Oak Skytrain. We are also very close to La Foret Cafe, a dry cleaner, and recycle depot. Schools are close as well, an excellent location, close to everything, whether you drive or use public transportation. New vinyl flooring throughout the suite along with all the walls and ceilings newly painted. All new lighting inside and outside. The washroom has everything new including a new double sink vanity, bathtub, shower door, fan, mirror, toilet, and faucets. The kitchen counters, cabinets, faucet, and double sink are new as well. New stainless steel gas stove, dishwasher, fridge (with water and ice dispenser), and range hood. The washer and dryer are older but in excellent condition. There is new electric radiant floor heating, with each room having its own thermostat. For extra heating, if needed, is a new electric fireplace in the living room that can be used with or without heat. The suite also has a covered patio right outside the main door and comes with the table and chairs shown in the pictures. This is the only furniture that will be included, however, it can be removed if needed. The kitchen table and chairs in the pictures are not included. Both the sliding door in the kitchen and the main door have sliding screens, great for when the weather is warmer. All the window coverings are new. There will be new blackout curtains installed in each bedroom along with vertical blinds for the kitchen sliding door. We're just waiting for them to arrive, however, the suite can be occupied at anytime. There is parking for one vehicle in the front driveway along with street parking. The entrance to the suite is from the front side gate, which is to be locked at all times. Monthly rent is $3,300 plus 1/3 utilities. Shaw internet and cable is included. This is an owner occupied home. We will not accept pets, smoking or drugs on the property. The neighbors are extremely quiet, as we are, so no late night parties. No more than 4 people.
