Large QUIET private furnished bedroom with in-wall air conditioner & private bath available in fully furnished Freshly Remodeled Upscale Condo with a laundry room and Xfinity/WiFi, in a Security building in a safe Denver neighborhood. We are an end unit, so available bedroom & entrance to Condo is very private, quiet, & has no shared walls between units. This unit is near our own surface parking lots, Amenities such as Clubhouse pool, billiards, party room, library, huge balcony, separate men's & women' exercise & locker rooms, sauna, steam room; Privacy-Fenced pool, patios, barbeques, picnic tables; park-like grounds with mature landscaping, benches, brook & gardens are all included in rent. We are Central to Everything you might want or need. 5 minute walk to Light Rail, bus stops, restaurants, 3 grocery stores, 4-5 parks, retail stores, banks, UPS & Office store, ACE Hardware, Target, doctors, gas stations, truck rental, salons, cell phone stores, computer repair , etc. The city hiking & biking miles of trails go through our Bible Park. 5 min drive to I-25, I-225, and 285 (Hampden Ave.), Walmart, Post Office, Denver Tech Center, Microcenter Computer Store, off leash dog park; 15 to 25 minute drive or bike to YMCA, Cook Park Rec Center, Athletic Club, local libraries, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, 6 Hospitals, Englewood Center, & Downtown Denver, Colleges and Tech Institutes; We are just North of Hampden Ave. & East of Monaco Parkway. You would have the furnished Condo pretty much ALL TO YOURSELF MOSTLY because I am busy renovating a house nearby. (If you wish to expand in a year or two, the 3 bedroom, 2 bath house may be available to rent.) Currently, I reserve the Condo Master Suite and Lanai for myself, & will Share all the rest with one other person. I come with a dog & a cat, so be warned if you are allergic. One more dog OR cat may be allowed, but I will charge extra $100 per month fee for cleaning & wear & tear for animal occupancy. Renter is REQUIRED to pay a service ( UNDER $50) for Application, credit score & Screening, and must qualify re income etc or I can NOT rent to you . I am a 72 year old female, with lung damage, hence for Security and Safety reasons, I am looking for a mature responsible female roommate, who is quiet, agreeable, clean and neat, does NOT smoke cigarettes or marijuana, 'vape', 'party', do drugs or alcohol, and is considerate, respectful of other people's property. Tenant must have written proof of current Renter's Insurance at all times. ⁵ Base Rent is $1100 per month and includes basic intèrnet/all Amenities and parking in Residents and Guest lot. All utilities--heat, hot water, water, garbage etc --are included in rent --EXCEPT Electricitity. Lease is 1 year with possible renewal option. Security Deposit is $1100. If you desire Secured Garage assigned Parking, my space is available for $100 per month. Electricity was $36 per month last winter & $136 per month last summer due to running the air conditioner
