Most of our Residents have their own when they move to our home, so we do not include them. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets (dogs or cats) with additional rent and deposit. All pets are subject to standard Pet Screening and breed restrictions. Our Resident Screening: We believe in long-term, successful relationships with our residents. To ensure a great fit: Thorough Credit, Eviction, and Background Checks are performed on all Occupants of the Home Proof of Income, 3 References, and Bank Statements required to apply Renter's Insurance required (very cheap and protects you as well!) We seek residents who will take excellent care of the property and be respectful neighbors to others. Those who take great care of all of their possessions, and will do the same for our property. Above all, we're looking for quality STABLE people who have had a consistent job history, solid income so you aren't cutting it too tight every month, good credit, good clean background check history, good landlord references, and all of the other basics! That said - we understand that everyone has a story, and that sometimes "life happens!" If you've faced challenges in the past but have since turned things around, tell us about it! We do our best to be flexible when we can (depending on the nature of the issue) but we truly care more about who you are NOW in 2025 than who you were in 2013. Instead, we focus on working with residents who are comfortable and truly capable of taking care of the basics, and we've priced the home accordingly to this method.
