The main floor features an open living area with a sofa bed, a dining area with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, and blender, complete with all necessary cookware and tableware. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and a TV with standard cable. A private patio off the dining area, furnished for outdoor enjoyment, and smoke detectors are also included. Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and tub, plus access to a private, furnished balcony overlooking the golf course. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. Tenants have access to fantastic on-site amenities, including two pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. On-site parking is available for one vehicle; however, the garage is not accessible to tenants.
