Home has carpet throughout and includes a work shop space, and small garage, shared washer/dryer available for tenant use, large shared yard with a small creek running through and a small storage building outside(tenant must provide own lock). Rent amount includes electricity, lawn maintenance, and trash pickup. Sorry, but no pets will be considered. Home does have a separate apartment around the back that is currently rented. This unit will be managed directly by the homeowner once a tenant is put in place. *Upon application approval, you will be required to provide us with the entire security deposit within 24 hours.
