Have fun in Michaywe's private Opal lake, indoor/outdoor pool (free season pool pass included), sauna, hot tub, golf courses & year round restaurant. No utilities included. Renter is responsible for yard and snow maintenance, trash, & we require rental insurance and a non refundable cleaning deposit of $250. Security deposit $1000. Monthly rent is 1,750 due by the 1st. All applicants must apply via Turbotent App ($45 non refundable) which runs a credit, background/eviction check. No smoking & proof of income & references.
