My experience at Pines45 was nothing short of exceptional. The apartments are located just outside of downtown Gaylord and are brand new with a ton of space. The apartment I had (Aspen), had a great layout with an open floor plan design to allow you to set it up as you desire. Pines45 also offers great amenities such as a pool for the summer, a workout facility, and garages for the winter. If you are looking for an upscale, very nice apartment, look no further as Pines45 will check all of the boxes.

Thomas does an amazing job running this community. Storm goes out of his way to make sure we as tenants are pleased with any service issues that occur. We love the community events that are put on for us. The team goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and safe here. We love the fact that we live in a dog friendly community. The staff do an excellent job keeping the dog bags filled and the dog waste emptied on a timely basis. They even set up a doggy pool in the bark park! We’ve lived here for several years and plan on staying for a long time. I highly recommend Pines45 to anyone looking for a great place to live.
