This is a recently renovated four bedroom, two bathroom unit on the the second and third floors of a duplex near the corner of N. Dallas and Simonton in Point Breeze. It features hardwood floors, exposed brick, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, disposal, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The bedrooms are all large with lots of light, over head fans and spacious closets. The unit has two bedrooms and one bath on the same level as the kitchen and living room, and the other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the third floor. It has central air and laundry in unit. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays gas & electric. This is a large, two unit house near Bakery Square. One of the units is the entire first floor and the other is the second and third floors. There is a shared front porch and yard. Parking on street is very easy. All of our properties are smoke free and pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
