This is a quiet, clean, and spacious mother-in-law suite three miles from downtown in a country club in Rock Hill. It can come furnished or unfurnished with all utilities included! It is a totally remodeled, bright, airy, very large studio with high ceilings, making it feel very roomy. It has a King Bed, plenty of pillows and covers, and room-darkening shades. There is a brand new full kitchen, light-up faucet, Ninja oven, large refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, all cooking utensils, and a few spices. There are two steps up to the bathroom, where you will find a large shower and a brand new vanity with a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling and a stackable W/D. There is a large private backyard with grass and mature trees, a hammock, and outdoor furniture on the back patio (shared with the owner). There is a small deck with rocking chairs by your private entrance. The heating comes from a heated, electric fireplace, movable heaters, and a very quiet A/C unit in the wall. The space is very quiet and pet-friendly. Pets must be approved. Please message me about your pet. Pets must not be left alone in the space.
