This second floor unit has 2 bedrooms plus an office! It features a large entry way, knotty pine floors throughout, decorative fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms, in unit laundry, central AC, and lots of natural light. The large eat in kitchen has a built in microwave, gas stove, refrigerator with water & ice maker in the door, and granite counters. The ceramic tile bathroom has huge windows, a jacuzzi tub, and a stand up shower. Enjoy the built in book shelves and a walk in closet. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This building is a triplex in Point Breeze, located walking distance from Mellon Park and Bakery Square. Each recently renovated apartment has private laundry in unit, off street parking for two vehicles, and a private storage area in the basement. Tons of shops and restaurants along Penn Avenue, as well as Trader Joe's Target, and Whole Foods are all nearby. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. We require proof of rabies vaccinations, (and licenses for dogs) but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
