The family room has 3 ceiling fans, a mountain stone fireplace with a wood stove insert, custom window casings, and a door out to the front deck. There is also a small bonus room on the first floor perfect for crafts or extra storage. The second floor has two bedrooms, the second bath and another bonus room. The bonus room is currently being used as a bedroom, so this home could be a 3 bedroom home. There are closets in the bedrooms and a large closet off the hallway. This home is situated on 1.1 acres and is pet friendly for up to two pets, dogs or cats, no aggressive breeds or weight limits with $25 pet fee per animal per month. There is well water and the owner will pay for the sewer. The heat source is oil and you are also permitted to use the wood burning fireplace/stove in the living room. Twice a year chimney cleanings are included. The home was remodeled in 2014 including a new furnace. Last year's heating costs for $100/month only using the oil, not using the wood burning fireplace/stove. If you used the fireplace/stove it would heat the house easily. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow. There is also a washer and dryer provided in the basement. The lake is open to non-gas powered boats. Electric motor boats require a permit from the Beaver Lake Wilderness Club. Non powered boats to not require a special permit. Access is right in front of the home. No swimming in the lake.
