Cable Television, and Apple TV's provided in Living Room and Master Bedroom. A/C in living room, Master and Guest bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout. Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom on first floor. Large Loft acts as third bedroom w/ Cal King bed and two twin beds, perfect for the kids. Master bedroom w/ Cal king bed is complete with sweeping ocean views, flat screen TV, A/C, en suite bath w/ soaking tub, and separate entrance to outside shower and beach. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, A/C, and lovely garden views. The airy kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home, brand new appliances throughout. The oceanside lanai, directly outside of the great room, houses a brand new large gas grill, along with outdoor dining for eight. The beachfront yard is a grassy expanse with palms, a hammock, and direct beach access. Watch the many sea turtles cruise by and join them while swimming in the crystal clear lagoon-like conditions in front of the property. The North Shore of Oahu, as the surf capital of the world, is widely known for its large winter surf swells and popular surf spots. Many popular beaches become too dangerous for swimming in the winter months. Protected by a large reef, the sandy bottom beach in front of the home is safe for swimming all year round, making it an ideal location for families with children. The experienced surfer will enjoy access to the non-crowded surf spots in front of the home. The home provides everything needed for an enjoyable vacation in an idyllic beachfront setting.
