This unit is available for in person tours. Move in dates are flexible anytime now and December 1st. We are looking for a lease ending in the spring or summer of 2026. Current photos and video are located on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking into the home you will find an attached one car garage (2nd dedicated space comes with the unit), through the hall you will find a large living room with walk out patio. Kitchen has room for 3 bar seats and has a dishwasher. 1/2 bath and laundry are just off the hallway. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and an office or 3rd bedroom, roughly the same size as the 2nd bedroom. Full bathroom also on the 2nd level. Primary 15x12. 2nd bedroom. 9x12. Office 10x10. As a tenant you are responsible for Gas, Electric. WST, Lawn, Snow, and association fee are paid for by the owners. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
