Cats are not permitted. Other animals at landlord's discretion. $35 one-time fee and $35 per month per animal. You have TWO OPTIONS to see the home: The FIRST is through an INVITE ONLY OPEN HOUSES on Saturdays @ 11 am and Tuesdays @ 5:00 pm. Please note these are INVITE ONLY so you must have an invitation from me to attend. If you arrive without an invitation, you will not be allowed into the home.
