This unit is available for in person tours. The video walkthrough is current and photos are from before our tenant moved in. They are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for an 18-24 month lease to start with option to renew at that time. Walking into this split level you go upstairs and you will find a large living room, dining, and kitchen with dishwasher. Back deck is off the dining space. Down the hall you have a full bath and two bedrooms. Downstairs you have a large bedroom with walk in, full bath, and family room. Washer dryer is also located in the basement. Back yard is fully fenced and very large. 2 Car garage is attached but no direct access from the home. Tenant is responsible for all lawn and snow. Tenant is responsible for Gas, Electric, water/sewer/trash. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
