The upstairs features a spacious master bedroom and master bath, two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is ample room for storage in the unfinished basement, or use if for a workout space - a dehumidifier is provided. The two-car garage has a charger for an electric vehicle as well as shelving for storage of outdoor gear, etc. All lawn care and snow removal is provided by the Landlord. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, water, refuse/recycling, internet, etc. Landlord does all mowing, yardwork and snow removal. An application fee of $35/adult is required to process a background check including credit history (minimum credit score and no criminal history required). Income must be 3X of rent. Deposit is negotiable depending on application results (credit and background checks) and references from prior landlord(s). Pets must be approved in advance and breed restrictions apply. Pet rent is required to account for additional wear and tear. Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the property, including outside. Lease term negotiable, but a minimum of 6 months.
