STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. Located along the west side of the canal in Carolina Beach, Carolina Bay is a waterfront condominium community with a seasonal pool, picnic grounds, and clubhouse. Carolina Bay is only about a ten minute walk to beach access and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. *This home is a vacation rental and is currently listed for sale. It is subject to the Vacation Rental Act, which requires that all reservations within 180 days of closing be honored by law. Showings may be scheduled with advance notice.
