The house comes fully furnished to make moving a breeze. All tenants MUST fill out the rental application, and be prepared to pay first, last, & security upon lease execution. Heat & electric are not included in the monthly rent and will be reimbursed to the owner monthly. NO pets allowed outside of service animals.
