It is centrally positioned near the Crooked River Ranch Golf Course and the Pro Shop, MacPherson Park, Dick Chandler Baseball Field, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, pool, and the Lions' Memorial Park. As a bonus, the landlord covers tenants access to all ranch amenities. The Senior Center has a good bank every month! Weddings are often held nearby the property in the summer months. Crooked River Ranch membership card provides tenants access to the ranch pool, discounts on golf + much more! The back boardwalk to the laundry room entry will be completely redone, as well as a new entry gate installed this summer for privacy and security! Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, Wi-Fi, garbage, electricity) and yard maintenance. Landlord provides a refrigerator; washer and dryer must be provided by tenant. Washer and dryer hookups available (electric). Rent is $2,300 per month, with first month's rent + security deposit required before move-in. Non-smoking rental. PETS: 1 dog allowed, no more than 40 lb. Heat is supplied by the fireplace, as well as plug-in heaters in the bedrooms.
