In return, for LARGER issues only, we have very responsive field maintenance techs who are very responsive and fix any issues quickly! But truly, read that line above again - we only lease to those who are able to take care of the home and make small repairs themselves, and not those who need to call us for lightbulbs or air filters, disposals, toilet issues, and everything else similar to this level LOL. Since we take great care of our homes, and we do semi-annual inspections, MERV filter changes, battery checks, plumbing leak checks, etc...it's very rare that we hear from a resident more than 1-2x per year!
