I work full time and live a quiet and clean life and am looking for a likeminded roommate. Pets are negotiable. No parties, no smoking/drugs/vaping on the property. Quiet time is 9pm - 7am with a small family living above us. Great location in Tanner Ridge - Close to major bus route to downtown, Royal Oak, Broadmead, Brentwood Bay and Sidney, quiet neighbourhood with great access to parks, hiking and beaches. $1,150 per month.
