Very convenient location: about 100 meters off Kingsway (on which is the bus stop for buses 119 to Metrotown and N19 to downtown) , 10 minutes by walking to Royal oak skytrain station, 15 minutes by walking to Metrotown, 7 minutes by walking to buts 144 (to SFU) stop, 2 minute by walking to Kisbey Park, 20 minutes by waking to deer lake......all facilities are within walking distances: TD, RBC, Dollorama, supermarkets, Canada Wholesale Club, restaurants, Canada Computers, fitness studio, barber shop, gas station, garage, elementary school.... The gorgeous lawn and kid playground of Kisbey Park, a standard football field for sports, BBQ, and camping, are also within walking distance... Shopping costs in the MetroTown area are the lowest in Greater Vancouver. An underground parking stall is included; if you don't use the parking stall, you may get $100 off the rent.
