Easy access to the main roads for commuters, but far enough off the main stretch that it's peaceful. This is a mountain property, as such, self-sufficiency & responsible fireplace use are a must! We have very snowy winters so comfort navigating a snowy dirt road is needed. Bears, fox, mountain lions, elk, and deer call this land home so common sense regarding wildlife is also required.
