One car parking spot per adult tenant; boats, trailers, RVs or similar vehicles by permission only. Water, septic, trash and snow removal incl. Tenant responsible for heat, electric and internet. Up to 2 pets are permitted with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. There is a $1700 security deposit and $400 propane deposit. Propane will be full at occupancy and must be refilled at end of lease. Please fill out very short pre-screener prior to showing. Application requires a non-refundable $55 credit report and background check. Showings by appt. only.
