Wash Park is nearby as well. The unit makes great use of its 900 square feet, giving it a larger feel. Both bedrooms are nice-sized and get great evening light. I love the big, walk-in master bathroom shower. The living area is spacious with southern exposure. The balcony has south, east and west exposure, making it frequently usable even in winter. Plus, it is well shaded in the summer. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and new tile. The kitchen also has lots of cabinet space, enhanced by two lazy Susans. Hardwood floor covers most of the unit, with tile in the bathrooms and new tile in the kitchen. The unit comes with a reserved parking spot just behind the building and immediately below the bedroom windows. It also has a storage locker. The building features a rooftop patio and a workout room. This is a great place for young couples, a single resident who works from home, or for roommates. The second bedroom alternatively makes a perfect office.
