Our 2 bed/1bath unit has wood laminate floors, except in bedrooms, which are carpeted. Gas stove, dishwasher, central heat and a wall AC unit. There is also a ceiling fan in the dining room. Rooms are spacious and the master bedroom has a nice sized walk in closet. This is an upstairs unit. 1 carport with storage is provided, along with first come first serve parking inside the property for one additional vehicle. We have an onsite manager, a nice clean laundry room, 2 gas barbecues and tables in our courtyard for tenants to enjoy. We also have a pool and a rec room that tenants can reserve for parties. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 5 &; 91 freeways and a couple of miles from Knott's Berry Farm &; Cypress College.
