Shout out to the Villa Serrano, where I have been living my best life for the last 14 years thanks to my awesome neighbors and the staff here making life very comfortable for me and my family. I read some of the reviews and I Felt the need to post my own because of course everyone has their own opinions so here’s mine. Like I said we’ve been here for 14 years and nothing is perfect. It is what you make it and based on all the amenities that they have here. Upgrades that I’ve witnessed all the implementations that I’ve seen, and all the accessibility that has been made truly has enriched our living here that much greater. I’d like to start off by mentioning Alex who is our maintenance guy. We’ve been knowing Alex for years. If you don’t know him, you can hear him throughout the complex greeting folks. And tending to whatever things needed to Tidied up in order to keep our apartment homes looking and working beautifully. I can always count on him to stop by at the moments notice to take care of whatever it is whether it’s a spider in my kitchen, lol or an adjustment to my dishwasher. He’s always been reliable and now with the feature on the apartment portal it makes it easier to contact, the maintenance help with a click of a button and the appointment is made. I consider Alex a main staple of the apartment complex like I said because he’s been here for as long as we have so it’s good to know that there is not a lot of turnaround here so it’s a sense of familiarity To which we really appreciate. Just recently when the weather was extremely hot our nest thermometer was no longer pushing out cold air, and he was right there to the rescue. So needless to say it was no sweat. :) we recently were thinking about purchasing the house and then when the interest was I reminded myself do I really want to go to a house I have to worry about landscaping and maintenance. That was my main concern not the Not the earthquake insurance, not the property. It was if I need new lightbulbs do I really want If I need new carpet or tile do I really want to front that bill? Needless to say being here at the Villa Apartment homes and I emphasize homes because that’s what it is. That’s what you make it., It truly is a fine establishment with great amenities It’s like you have your own concierge service. So if any of these things appeal to you, you should put your application At the front office with Cathern The Sweetest property, leasing, lady or online Or stop by and tour the community and see for yourself. This place is truly what we call our home and thank to Alex and all the other staff for continuing to Provide this oasis for us.-Cc

I've been living in these apartments for almost 2 months. They are very well maintained, clean, and peaceful...but the staff is just OUTSTANDING! Management goes above and beyond to help you. Anayeli (Community director) made it super easy when moving in with such a friendly personality. I'm not the one to give reviews but after the treatment and service I've gotten here deserves nothing but 5 stars!
