It's a quick 12-minute drive to the Anschutz Medical Campus, 3 miles away from Buckley Space Force Base, and just 5 minutes away from the Aurora City Center restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. $2200/month rent with a $2200/security deposit. HOA and trash included- utilities not included. Up to 2 small dogs or 2 cats or 1 small dog and 1 cat considered with a $250 one time pet fee + $35/month per pet. No smoking of any kind allowed on or near the property. We rent to applicants who have a history of financial responsibility. We require a credit score of 650 or greater per applicant, and a minimum combined gross monthly (before deductions) must be three times the monthly rent, or $6600/month. We follow fair housing laws and require complete and truthful applications from all adults. Only those who have submitted a Rental Application, and listed minor dependents, may live in the rental.
