A prime-time location for commuters and vehicle owners alike. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, table and chair, mirrors and beautiful views of Brentwood and Metrotown. The housemates are all young, friendly and disciplined adults mostly pursuing their studies in university and working. We are looking for a friendly, clean, and disciplined housemate not just for the purpose of living but also for networking and creating relationships that help us network in the future. The rent is $1300 with utilities included. Only BC Hydro, i.e electricity is divided amongst all the tenants.
