I toured 10/22 with the property manager, Melissa, viewing one and two bedroom options. I had many questions and wanted to see several unit styles - Melissa accommodated all of my requests! Highlights: walkable location in the Gulch, near many food options, gas ranges in the apartment and many amenities.

I have lived here since early 2024 and I've had a wonderful experience ever since I submitted my application up to this present day. Assistant community director Stacy Waters is one of the many friendly faces here at Albion. Her and her team have made me feel at home and have made this living experience like a community. Have not had a single issue at all. All service requests are handled instantly and effortlessly. Very pleased with everything from parking to the many amenities available at my fingertips
