Home Features: 4 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms Spacious living areas with room to relax and entertain! Well-kept, recently remodeled, updated, well-located, plenty of storage space, low maintenance, and plenty of bright natural light! Some of the great features you'll find in this home include a formal dining room, formal living room, and a separate family room plenty of space for hosting or just spreading out. The kitchen has a larger island with tons of cabinet storage, and the primary bedroom is oversized with great flow. Out back, you've got a fully fenced yard and a shed for extra storage. And one of our favorite little touches? A second-floor laundry chute that drops straight into the finished laundry cabinet downstairs. Super convenient and kind of fun too! Washer/dryer hookups for your convenience Pet-friendly options available (see below) Property Rental Details and Terms: Monthly Rent: $2150 Security Deposit: $2500 Application Fee: $50 per adult (18+) Minimum Credit Score: 680+ Income Requirement: 3.5X Gross Income of Lease Price Lease Term: 2 Year Lease (Shorter leases may be available depending on circumstances, monthly lease rate varies depending on term, etc) Fridge/Stove available for small extra monthly if desired. Most of our Residents have their own when they move to our home, so we do not include them. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets (dogs or cats) with additional rent and deposit. All pets are subject to standard Pet Screening and breed restrictions. Our Resident Screening: We believe in long-term, successful relationships with our residents. To ensure a great fit: Thorough Credit, Eviction, and Background Checks are performed on all Occupants of the Home Proof of Income, 3 References, and Bank Statements required to apply Renter's Insurance required (very cheap and protects you as well!) We seek residents who will take excellent care of the property and be respectful neighbors to others. Those who take great care of all of their possessions, and will do the same for our property. Above all, we're looking for quality STABLE people who have had a consistent job history, solid income so you aren't cutting it too tight every month, good credit, good clean background check history, good landlord references, and all of the other basics! That said - we understand that everyone has a story, and that sometimes "life happens!" If you've faced challenges in the past but have since turned things around, tell us about it! We do our best to be flexible when we can (depending on the nature of the issue) but we truly care more about who you are NOW in 2025 than who you were in 2013. Make sense? :) Resident Responsibility & Care: Our goal is to provide homes for people who treat them as their own. We welcome residents who are responsible, professional, and capable of handling the normal upkeep of a home from changing filters and light bulbs to managing household repairs when life happens! Please Note: We are NOT a large company with 24-hour PM Maint on staff. Instead, we focus on working with residents who are comfortable and truly capable of taking care of the basics, and we've priced the home accordingly to this method. Rest assured - For major issues (like HVAC, Roofing, Major Electrical, etc), we'll always step in and take care of them! For the smaller, everyday items (like a clogged drain, or minor water leak, broken faucet, etc) we trust our residents to make small repairs, or to properly hire someone who can get them fixed pro..
