Apartment is two minutes away from I-15 and I-215 and very close to a Trax station. The Apartment has huge living room. With a large storage area next to it. Kitchen has granite countertops, Bar Island with butcher block top. There is a Pantry, Stove, Built-in Microwave, Fridge plus Dishwasher all included. And free ice too! Apartment and property are kept Smoke & Vape Free. Anyone applying or planning on living in the apartment must be a Non-Smoker Non-Vaper. We do not rent to anyone who smokes or vapes. We also run a background and check on all tenants for credit and criminal history so there is a $50 application fee. Deposit starts at around $1400 Sorry but No Pets are allowed. We can keep the rent this LOW and our Apartment Quiet and Safe because we care about who we rent to just like you should care who your neighbors will be. The best way to see the Apartment is to call.
