Hello! I have a single bedroom with a private bath in my house for rent. You have your own area on the first floor of the house and therefore it is very private. The parking is on the drive way or on the street and you have lots of space. It is fully furnished, laundry and wifi are all included. Kitchen and living room will be shared. It is available from now to the end of March for $60 a day or $1200 a month. Looking for single person who is a non smoker, a non drug user and non pet owner. There are no pets and children on the property, and it is situated in a secluded community in South Burnaby, and the walk to Edmonds Skytrain is about 10-15min away. Or there's a bus will take you to the skytrain as well. From my house to downtown to about 35 min by driving or by transit. Currently the house is only occupied by me, but it might have more renter come by to rent on a short term basis, this house is a 5 bedroom house and only 3 rooms will be rented.
