This 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single family home is centrally located close to Fort Avenue, Wards Road, Downtown Lynchburg and all your shopping, dining, and convenience needs. Walk in to a spacious living room with decorative brick fireplace! Open to the living room is the dining room, kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, off the kitchen, enjoy a half bathroom. Off the living room is a office/flex area with built in desk and additional exterior door. Upstairs you'll find a large full bathroom, as well as all bedrooms. Laundry with washer and dryer connections are located in the unfinished basement. This property is pet friendly under our standard pet policy: Two Pet Maximum, Weight not to exceed 35lbs, breed restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet fee per pet. Tenant responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. $45 Application Fee Per Person/Guarantor None
