Walk in to a spacious living room with decorative brick fireplace! Open to the living room is the dining room, kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, off the kitchen, enjoy a half bathroom. Off the living room is a office/flex area with built in desk and additional exterior door. Upstairs you'll find a large full bathroom, as well as two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space! Laundry with washer and dryer connections are located in the unfinished basement. This property is pet friendly under our standard pet policy: Two Pet Maximum, Weight not to exceed 35lbs, breed restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet fee per pet. Tenant responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. $45 Application Fee Per Person/Guarantor None
