All units are two bedroom apartments and come with their own detached garage with a garage door opener. All units have a deck or patio, depending on the floor level. All buildings have newer high-efficiency furnaces and air conditioning. There is a laundry room in each building with washer and dryer machines and each unit has a separate storage area in the room for their laundry supplies. Also, we have a communal area with picnic tables and a fire pit. In addition, visitor parking is available. We have three buildings on the premises. One has been recently built and has 6 units. Each of those units have kitchen islands, a fireplace and 9-foot ceilings. They also feature large double closets in their bedrooms and hardwood floors. The first two buildings have four units each. They are smaller than the new units, but still have plenty of space. All the appliances have been updated , such as ice-makers and dishwashers. The maximum occupancy for each of the units is two people. Also, we are pet-friendly. You can have have up to two pets in your apartment as long as they are under 30 lb. We are located in beautiful southwest Michigan, Love Creek Residences are conveniently located two miles from Berrien Springs downtown and Andrews University.
